Hamstring

I think I have a hamstring injury. I felt a niggling sort of pain at the back of my knee whilst at gym on Friday and over the weekend I noticed a bruise behind the knee. I have not had much pain just a very tight feeling. What do you think this is and how should I treat it?

Hallo Mandy
Ice, rest and anti-inflammatory medication like Neurofen is usually the basis of treatment but if possible I would advise you to also see a physiotherapist for this.
