Hamster will swollen tongue

I have a hamster with a swollen tongue, I am not sure what the cause is, it might be a spider bite on the left cheek, it seems swollen as well, the hamster seems to breath with difficulty.

What will get the swelling and if it was a spider bite and could possibly be dying what should the hamster get for the poison.

Dear Anon

Never heard of a swollen hamster tongue before, it can be food stuck in the pouch etc. Best to have him checked out.
