Halls sap

Ek hou glad nie daarvan om water skoon te drink nie, maar is mal oor vrugtesap. Ek drink dit egter nie, omdat ek probeer om gewig te verloor en vrugtesap redelik hoog in kilojoules is. Ek hou baie van Halls sap en het gister ' n bottel Halls Smooth Lite gekoop. Volgens die bottel bevat 200ml " Ready to drink"  sap slegs 3.5KJ. Is dit moontlik? Is dit okay as ek deur die dag daarvan drink wanneer ek dors is? Ek drink ongeveer 3 groot glase daarvan.

As die etiket verklaar dat 200 ml korrek verdun slegs 3.5 kJ bevat dan is dit so laag in energie dat 'n liter daarvan slegs 17,5 kJ tot die dieet sal bydra, wat 'n nietige hoeveelheid is. Gewoonlik bevat vrugtesappe gemiddeld so 200 kJ per 100 ml (200 ml behoort dus 400 kJ te bevat)? Dit klink vir my na ‘n mengsel van kleur- en geurmiddels plus kunsmatige versoeter as dit so laag in kJ is. Ek sal kyk of ek die produk in my supermark kan vind, net om seker te maak.
