the following foods are good for hair growth
Salmon - it supports the scalp.
Dark green leafy vegetables - contain calcium
Lentils and beans - contain zinc and biotin
Eggs - contain B12

also consider using zinc as a supplement. If you under stress use Vitamin B. might also be worth checking your thyroid as this might play a role in hair loss.

Depending on your age, have your thyroid tested. Eat green leafy vegetables every day - raw, as in a salad. Find at least 8 raw things to put in your daily salad and vary these. Eat one whole meal a day fruit on an empty stomach and do not stint here - 1/4 a pawpaw is not enough! Eat until you are not hungry.I
include nuts and seeds in your diet, especially cashews and almonds. Go easy on all animal protein and dairy  in fact consider eliminating dairy altogether over a period of time.
