Hallo Dw
Hair loss can be caused by stress, thyroid problems, changing hormone levels, recent illness, low iron levels, and then there is a natural 3 monthly cycle where you will lose more hair at certain times. Losing about 100 hairs per day is normal.
Try using a good vitamin like Nu-hair and put Bergamot essence in your shampoo to stimulate hairgrowth.
