H1N1 - Work mates child has H1N1

Should she be at work - with the risk of contracting the H1N1 herself or passing it on to others?

The guidelines at this point says that you have to stay at home if you yourself have symptoms, so as soon as she gets any signs of a flu like illness she should stay at home

You have a good chance of getting it if she has not washed her hands etc like any other flu.
