Ek het bietjie gewig om te verloor wat se dieet kan ek volg eks n man weeg 84kg en gym so 3-5 keer per week

hello Bro !

some quick help u need to use more calories a day than waht u comsume in order to loose weight. so the guys at the gym can calculate that fro u. stop sugars and anything dto do with that coke bear fizzy drinks u get my vibe. drink water with soem lemon juice from a lemon just to get the taste ok. stop carbs for know rice potatoes white bread, eat more fibbre loads of it, dont go to gym with a energy drink - you have to much energy stored so u dont need energy.
dont eat 3 hours b4 bedtime. eat 4 times aday small portion as big as yoiur cell phone. do 30 min rowing in the gym, then do weight training bro if you are healthy and have no bone or muscles issues pick the weights lost of them your body will burn more calories while u sleeping know. so try this the gym can help u with some lekke work outs dont be shy.
