Groin Itch

Have an itch in the groin area for long time. Treated with all sorts of medicines ie fluconazole. Microcidal etc Whats seems to help but does not cure is Dermatological powder (Clotrimazole 1%) or Pevaryl powder (Econazole nitrate 1gm/100g
Is there an equivalent in generic of either of these available or can you suggest another powder or cream, as a pensioner i cannot afford the cost of Pevaryl.
Thank you

Hi James

If it is a fungal infection, treatment with a generic of Lamisil may be very effective. Lamispor should be in the region of R60 for a tube.
