Groin

I have a painful spot in my groin that comes and goes. At times, my leg gives way under me and it is painful for a few seconds. Then I don' t experience it for weeks. Someone told me it could be a gland. Could this be and what should be done?

Dear Petro
This does not sound to me like a gland problem, it sounds like either a hip joint problem or a pinched nerve - rather let your doctor have a look?
