Groenslaai

Hi da! Ons dieet se asb! vir my wat behels groenslaai? als wat groen is soos bone brokoli ens. en Avo kan ek laasgenoemde in slaai gooi as dieet. Watter kaas van SA is naaste aan Swiss Cheese want dit is darem baie duur! Dankie!!

Basies word "lettuce" of blaarslaai geklassifiseer as "groenslaai". Jy kan egter groenbone, broccoli, groen soetrissies en rou spinasie byvoeg want dit het almal ‘n lae vetinhoud. Avokado is ryk aan vet en moet slegs in klein porsies gebruik word. As jy op 'n lae-vet-dieet is, dan is dit raadsaam om slegs vetvrye maaskaas te gebruik want alle 'harde' kase bevat baie vet (ongeveer 20% of meer). Volgens die SA Voedseltabelle bevat "Swiss Cheese" 27,4 g vet en 1491 kJ per 100g - dus nie juis 'n verslankingskos nie! Gouda word saam met "Swiss Cheese" gelys, so dit is seker ons naaste produk.
