Grievance

Hi
Please can you assist?
I work for a company that has very strict rules on ethics.
During a general conversation with other staff, I learned something that may constitute a conflict of interest.
I reported this " possible"  conflict of interest to my manager.
He in turn, told the person involved that I said he was " colluding/giving preference to certain suppliers”
The person then instituted a Grievance against me.
Firstly, the manager violated by trust and confidentiality.
secondly, I did not in any circumstances state this.
I reported a POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST as expected from the staff.
What are my rights please?
