GOOD EXERCISE

HI DOC
JUST WANT TO KNOW, IS WORKING HOME EXERCISES LIKE TAEBO OR HIPHOP ABS WORKING OR MUST I JOIN A GYM TO LOOSE WEIGHT... IM NOW EATING LOT OF FRUITS AND VEGES AND ALSO DRINKIND LOT OF WATER AND GREEN TEA WTH LEMON JUICE.

It is usually not necessary for people who want to lose weight to join a gym, unless you are someone who need sustained motivation and encouragement. If you are having a good workout on most days with the Taebo and Hiphop for at least 30 minutes per day, this should help to promote weightloss. To lose weight you need to basically reduce your energy intake by eating an energy-reduced, low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet & Nutrition' at the top of this page, then on 'Healthy Diets' and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of such a diet). You can compare this diet with what you are eating at the moment and make adjustments where necessary. Other exercises which you can do at home are running, jogging, skipping, cycling, and swimming.
