Glenohumeral arthritis.

I hAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH Glenohumeral arthritis.
ON MY RIGHT SHOULDER.

THE PAIN BECOMES UNBEARABLE WHEN I PLAY
LOTS OF TENNIS. IT DISTURBS ME ESPECIALLY WHEN
I SERVE. INEVETABLEY AFTER LOTS OF PAYNE
I START SERVING UNDERHAND.
HOW DO I TREAT THIS CONDITION?
