glands in neck

My daughter had tonsillitis from a few months old and also suffers from allergies(sinusitus)Her tonsills does not bother her often anymore but sinusitus does. She has small glands in her neck just underneath the ears.The doctor prescribed texa for two months.Should I be worried and can I give her Zyrtec instead.?

Rather use the texa as prescribed. You can consult an allergy specialist to determine the cause for her chronic sinusitis.
