Dear Glands
Swollen lymph glands are usually due to an infection somewhere, but can also be a sign of cancer in rarer cases, so if it has been there for some time and it does not go away, you need to let your doctor have a look. It can also be swollen sweat glands, due to blockage of the sweat gland openings.
