Getting rid of cats in my garden

Dear Dr.
I have 2 toddlers running around my house. We choose not to have animals at this point in our lives, but now cats come and poo in my garden.
Please help

This is a difficult question to answer. Suggestions from what I have read on the internet:
a)Plant Marigolds
b)Ultrasonic Cat Chaser/Scarer
c)Citrus peel or spray
d)Cover sandy areas or areas that have been freshly dug.
e)Rotating mirrors - like that of a disco ball.
f)Lion dung!!
