getting on top

I have no idea how to " ride"  or be on top while having sex.
where do I start? I just dont know what to do and find it impossible to move.

You will have to find the position that works best for you both - if you have shorter legs, or he is large, then you may need pillows under your knees, or even under him if your legs are long! You might find it helpful to lower yourself down at an angle (say 45 degrees), you can hold his penis to guide it in. Your legs may be most comfortable in the kneeling position with one leg on each side of him rather than sitting on him like on a chair. You can then gently rock back and forward and possibly use hip rolls/grinding also. You don't have to be that vigorous. You can even slide your legs back out straight and lean forward so that you are lying on top of him with him inside you and use very gentle movements.
