GETING ENOUGH SLEEP TO BE ENERGIZED

i sleep on avarage 6 and half &  7 hrs,but feel extremely tired when i wake up in the morning,even during the day...how can i treat this situation. so thAT I FEEL FRESH ENERGIZED .?
