Gesonde oudag

Watter tipe en hoeveel oefening is nodig vir 'n 44jarige dame om 'n gesonde en fikse oudag tegemoet te gaan? Ek is gesond, rook nie, is nie oorgewig nie en is aktief.

30 min of aerobic exercise per day is ideal ( walking or jogging or something similar), but at least 3 times per day.
