Gender

I would like to know if you have a higher level of testosterone will you be likely to only conceive boys? Is there any truth in that certain couples are more likely to only conceive one gender ie only girls or only boys. Can the egg reject either a male or female sperm and only accept for example the Y sperm?

The gender is determined by the male as the female can only contribute an X chromosome. The sperm that gets to the egg first is the one that fertilises it, so the egg is not really the determining factor.
