Dear Bonita
Although I am not enthusiastic about the dr Cohen diet because I don't think it is balanced, there should be no problem if you decide to use if even if you have had your gallbladder removed. The only thing that has changed, is that instead of bile (gall) being stored in a little sack (the gallbladder), it is now directly emptied into the digestive tract. The bile is still being produced and will still help to digest fats for you.
