Gall stones/liver

Have gall stones. Liver count was 123 but is decreasing. I am not diabetic, obese, do not drink alcohol, tea, coffee. Specialist nor doctor can explain why this happened. Can I re-commence taking Omega 3 and 1000 mg of calcium daily which I discontinued after diagnosis. Specialist told me to discontinue Omega 3, however doctor says continue. I am confused! Could calcium have caused gall stones?

I think that you continue with the Omega 3 and Calcium supplementation and I doubt that the calcium caused your gall stones.
