GAD

Hi,

I have read Kassandra' s posting on how exercise has helped her with her depression. Will excercise also help with GAD? I would not be able to go and swim or run. I would have to use a stationary bike. Would this help with GAD or just be good for the sake of excersing?

Thank you.

Exercise as such is always useful, so long as it's not excessive. But it could well help enhance your general sense of wellbeing and to reduce some of that stressful anxiety
