Dear Agta,

Death of a loved one is at the top of the most stressful things possible. Were you close to him? & Do you have family to support you?

If not I strongly suggest you seek counselling to help your control the over thinking and the emotional pain as it sounds like you are stcuk without closure in the "grief cycle". Please below links.

Another good idea is to join a support group, the best ones are available from sadag.co.za.

If you prefer to do research online i suggest you look up Elizabesth Kubler Ross - Death and Dying as her work is the benchmark regarding death.

All the best with your healing process. Please do share how it comes along or if this suport helps.
