Frozen Shoulder

Hi - Further to my query number 58. The description on your web pagem of frozen shoulder is very similar to the discomfort i am suffering, as well as the limiting movements.

I will give it a few days and see what changes occur.

I am a keen runner and social golfer.
Should I continue running ?
Would hitting a few golf balls cause further damage ?

Thanks

Dear Anonymous,

the most important aspect of a frozen shoulder to be aware of is that it will always recover fully. you may certainly continue running and play golf- whatever you are able to do you may-it will not cause any damage
