frequent chest pains.cause for concern?

Hey there, i am a 26 year old male, and for a few years now, i have been suffering from chest pains i havent been to coscerned though because they are infrequint (ie they dont occur every night)
but when it do' s....
It usualy occurs at night time, after i have gone to bed, and often is acompanied by a shortness of breath, i dont smoke, and consider myself a healthy person.

You should consult your doctor for a stress ECG to rule out any cardiac pathology. A chest x-ray will also have to be done.
