Frenulum pain

I have recently torn my frenulum during sexual intercourse. It healed afterwards but it is painfull during sex, i think it tears again but not so severe. I have heard it can be fixed with a frenuloplasty. In the U.K this can be done by laser or some type of heating needle. What do you reccomend and what is the options in SA?

Dear Bullet
Your GP or an urologist will be able to fix this by laser or by cauterizing the raw area.
