Dear Kate,

as soon as you feel you can really sit comfortably you may ride a horse. Then start with short distances and "test" it - you will soon be able to judge how it is getting on and you can gradually increase the time you spend on the horse

I had the fracture confirmed by radiologist and GP 12 days ago. The pain seems to be getting worse. Not sure of what the recovery process is?
