You need to have the reasons for this examined and treated by a doctor (e.g. GP or urologist). It may be that your foresking is too tight and may need minor surgery to assist with this problem; it may be something else, but clearly it is having a significant impact on your quality of life.

be very careful listening to NOCIRC. They want you to suffer for the rest of your life with a foreskin that will always be problematic and WILL put you in risk of contracting AIDS, HIV or STDs. Being cut here there and everywhere DOES NOT WORK. Circumcision is the only solution that not only protects your health, but will ensure that you have a great sex life going forward. So the cost: Pain can be handled with medication. You will not be able to have sex for about 3-4 weeks. Swelling will go away in about 4-5 weeks. Make up sex? As much as you want once healed. Well worth it.

NOCIRC does not want you to have enjoyable sex at all. They believe that you should be condemned with a foreskin just the way they are. They have a foreskin fetish and are very jealous of anyone that is willing to be a man and do what it takes to remove a problem. All they are suggesting is treating a symptom with ZERO success. This guy that claims to be NOCIRC is also found trolling other bulletin boards telling everyone how miserable they need to be their entire lives with problematic foreskins. I tried their suggestions and will be the first to state, their suggestions are painful, have no success and made sex much worse. Scientifically and medically, circumcision has proven to be the only solution and prevention of many problems. Get circumcised and put these issues behind you permanently. Good Luck!

I agree with NOCIRC, try and avoid the circumcision if possible as that is an extreme thing to do, look at alternative options first.

You do not need to sacrifice your sexual health by going in for a circumcision.

A procedure called a preputioplasty will alleviate the slight phimosis you have. The procedure is less destructive and is highly effective.

It involves small slits (between 2 and 4) being cut into the ridged band, the connective tissue is then severed and the slits sewed back transversely - creating a looser ridged band - and relieving the tension.

Do not let your urologist tell you that the only solution is circumcision - if that is his recommendation - find another urologist that knows what he is doing.

go to CIRP.org for more information on this procedure.
