Foot

Good day,

I get this feeling underneath my one foot the whole time when i walk or move my foot. It feels like everything cramps together, all the limbs...almost like a cramp.

Any idea what it can be?

Dear Cindy
you may have plantar fasceiitis - inflammation of the soft tissue with micro tears in the fibrous tissue in the sole of the foot. Let your dr have a look, you may need physio or a special insole to wear.
