Foods that have adverse effects

Hi i have been unable to eat eggs in the last 5 to recent yrs, they give me cramps of a serious nature that are accompanied by foamy mouth and a slight headache and a blurry vision.

You may be allergic to eggs - your GP can test you with a blood test (RAST test). If you are allergic to eggs you should avoid it, and you should also be careful when you need to get a vaccine as some vaccines (e.g. flu vaccines) are made in eggs - always ask.
