FOLIC ACID OVERDOSE?

I am 5 months pregnant, I drink my preg omega vitamines in the morning, in the afternoon my iron pill and in the evening 1x folic acid tablet. All have folic acid in, is it good or am I overdozing myself?

The recommended daily intake of folic acid supplementation in pregnant women over 19 years of age, is 1000 micrograms per day. I suggest that you establish the amount in each tablet, add them up and see if it gets to 1000 micrograms per day.
