Flying in high-risk pregnancy

Hi. I am 7 weeks pregnant and wondering if it is safe to fly (short local flight). I have had numerous previous losses and and am currently on blood thinning medication for a clotting problem. My gut tells me not to even think about flying but am I overreacting? Haven''t asked my own doc yet.
Thanks

If you have a clotting problem, this wil be worsened by pregnancy, so flying is probably best avoided.
