flu / bronchitis

Dear Dr
Whenever I get caught in a strong wind or exposed to a very cold air from the air conditioner blowing directly on my upper chest it results in me landing up with problems either with bronchitis or flu like infection.
What can be the cause of my chest being so vulnerable. These conditions do not seem to affect others around me yet I have to always walk around with a scarf to protect my chest?
Thank you for your advice.
