Flu and breast feeding

What can i use breastfeeding and have a terrible cold baby 2 month old . Staying in London at the moment. Please help

It is important for you not to stop breastfeeding. Your child will benefit from the breast milk, as it contains antibodies against the flu infection that you currently have. I suggest that you use Panado for pain and fever, saline nasal spray. Try and get as much bedrest as possible and take in a lot of clear fluids to prevent dehydration.
