Florinef and Osteoporosis

My daughter has osteoporosis, although she is only 28. She is gluten intolerant and the specialist suspects that the malabsorption in the gut is the reason for the osteo.
She also suffers from extreme low blood pressure (it drops to 60/40) and was hospitalized last week where they tested for Addisons. The results were negative, but the Physician decided to put her on Florinef (lowest possible dosage). Would this act negatively on the osteoporosis, seeing that it is a cortisone?
