Flaxseed

How much flaxseed should I grind over my food, and should I do this every day? I am a vegan.

I presume you want to use the flaxseed as a source of omega-3 fatty acids? I am not sure how much flaxseed you would need to grind over your food, but would think that 1 tablespoon a day would be a healthy option. Otherwise buy the flaxseed capsules or flaxseed oil at a health shop and use as directed on the label.
