Dear Phindile
If you are generally overweight then it is a good idea to use an energy-reduced, low-fat, high-fibre diet (click on 'Diet' at the top of this page, 'Weight loss', ‘Balanced diet’ and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of such a diet), but there is no specific diet that will only make you lose weight on your tummy. Doing targeted exercises like situps and some cardio exercises (e.g. brisk walking, cycling, swimming, skipping, etc) every day to assist overall weightloss, will help to tighten the muscles of the tummy and improve your appearance. If the tummy does not react to 6 months of targeted exercise then you may have to consult a plastic surgeon for liposuction or a tummy tuck.

It does help a lot if you explain your problem in more than just one line you know. Diet doc is not a Sangoma, she can not predict stuff like your height, weight, etc in order for her to help you.
