There's a limited amount you can do, unfortunately. The breasts are mostly just fat tissue, and so all the training in the world doesn't firm them up as much as one would be able to with muscle. You can try to do exercises that target the muscle beneath them, the pectoral muscles, and this would be things like the pec-deck (pectoral flys), bench press, even pushups. But also don't neglect cardio exercises, they're very important, and so I'd suggest you try to get in 30 to 45 minutes of cardio per day on top of these smaller group exercises.
