Financial Difficulty

Hi there, I need some advice on how to help my brother if possible. He is not a very good financial person and need some advice.

His basic salary is R12200,00. His nett salary is R8944,00.
His monthly expenditure and debt is as follows.
R250,00 Electricity
R4000,00 Rent
R1400,00 Maintenance (2 kids)
R1200,00 Every term for school fees.
R7500,00 Motorbike accident-hospital fees
R1000,00 per month for four vodacom contracts.
R6500,00 ABSA -R100,00 per month temporarily arrangement
R11000,00 NEDBANK - R150,00 per month temporarily arrangement
R6500,00 Edgars
R6000,00 Divorce lawyer
R9000,00 Standard bank
R1500,00 Food per month
R300,00 Per month
R700,00 per month for a court order off his salary for AFRICAN BANK
R9000,00 SARS that he must still pay.

As you can see he needs some good advice.

Please help if you can with some advice.
