Fibroid endometriosis

Hi,can u pls explain to me what fibroid endometriosis mean??
i''ve had laparoscopy done,remove endometriosis and had alot of tissue scaring from 2 casaers.thanx

how severe is the above??what stage of endometriosis would this be??
