Fibre (continued)

Sorry, maybe Eskom will let me finish my message.

High fibre foods is a no-no to me:

1. It bloats me
2. My stomach swells
3. I feel hungry within 1 hour of eating

Why is that, and is there alternatives that can be eaten?
