Dear Mark

This is any extremely complex situation and given that all other factors have been investigated and found to be normal the most likely problem is that of fertilization failure or embryo related abnormalities. In such instances it is unfortunate but in-vitro fertilization may be the only way to establish the problem and at the same time perhaps to solve such problems.
