Fertility- hydrocele and hernia

My husband had a right hydrocele and hernia and a left undecended testical and hernia that was corrected at the age of 8 yrs. I am aware that the undecended testical will not function for sperm production but what is the prognosis for the other testical. Do we have any hope of conceiving?

Dear Sierra

A simple semen analysis will suffice at this stage to determine the fertility potential. Early intervention is key to a successful outcome should there be a problem.
