fertility

blood test confirmed im menopausal. I have''nt ovulated for a year. Must I use contraception?

Menopause is the cessation of periods. This must be a year of complete cessation. Then one can consider oneself menopausal and clinically infertile.
Just to be safe ask your gynaecologist if you are safe not to use contraception.. and at the same time, please talk about hormone therapy.
