feline acne

my cat has been diagnosed with feline acne. Is squeezing the infected area advisable?

My cat was diagnosed with feline acne under her chin. I managed to get rid of it by changing her food and water bowls from plastic to glass. I seriously doubt if squeezing your kitty''s acne will help - it''ll just spread it around more.
