Dear Joy
Feeling weak, dizzy and slightly nauseous after eating may indicate that you have a blood sugar problem. Have a medical checkup and tell your dr about these symptoms so that he/she can arrange a glucose tolerance test for you. The test will indicate if you suffer from low blood sugar and/or insulin problems. If this should be the case, consult a registered dietitian, because the correct diet is one of the most important factors in treatment. Visit the Association for Dietetics in SA Website at: www.adsa.org.za and click on "Find a Dietitian" to find a dietitian in your area.
