If you require fat-free snacks, eat celery and carrot sticks, baby tomatoes, broccoli florets, unbuttered popcorn, berry fruits, gherkins, rice cakes and fat-free cottage cheese or yoghurt. Chewing sugarless chewing gum can also stop hunger pangs.

Hi,

Sorry about the empty post.

Could you give me a few good low-fat or fat-free snacks to eat during the day?
Anything besides fruit ( I already eat that ) and yoghurt ( I dont eat that).
