Dear Baphi
Any cardio exercise will burn energy and thus reduce your body fat and the more intensively you do the cardio exercise the more energy you will use up. Just be careful that you don't strain yourself by exercising at such a strenuous levels that you harm your heart of cause exhaustion. Stick to the exercise schedule recommended by your instructor if you are at a gym.
