Falling pregnant at 45

I am a 45 year old woman. I recently had problems with nurestrate now I am having intercouse with my husband without any form of contraception or protection. I have two girls aged 10 and 3, my first born would have been 20 had she not passed on. What are the chances of woman my age falling pregnant is say between 10 and 1?
